Nightmares Part 3

Beastboy slowly felt himself beginning to wake up. He had been rudely awoken by a bright light shining in his face. Although he still hadn’t open his eyes. His mind began to wake too. He loved to sleep in. Though Robin usually made them get up by 8:00 but when he could he would sleep until noon. His body did fell well rested but he still tried to fall back asleep. If Robin would let him sleep he wasn’t going to object.

‘That’s weird a bright light? My bed faces away from the window, away from the sunlight?’ He moved his left leg across the bed. ‘Hey my bed has never felt this soft. I should wash my sheets more often.’ He tried to move his arm but couldn’t. It was heavier that usual. He let out a soft grunt. Still very confused he turned his head and felt something soft and silky slide across his cheek. He tried to move his head again and the soft silky thing slid across his cheek and stopped by his nose. It tickled his nose almost making him sneeze. Then he smelled it, sweet lavender.
“Oh SHI….” He whispered opening his eyes and remembering everything last night. Raven was curled up next to his body, her hands on his chest. He had arms wrapped around her. One of his arms, underneath her head and the other one was gently resting across her waist. Then he notice her blanket was at the foot of her bed. She had been so upset last night he didn’t notice that she wasn’t in her leotard. He looked up and down her gorgeous body. She was wearing a thin but not loose blue t-shirt and black with red stars hip hugger P.J. pants. He loved seeing her cute figure. He moved his right arm across her waist and realized that it was nothing but her pale, silky skin. It was so smooth. He smiled looking at her bare stomach.
‘She’s so gorgeous when she sleeps. It’s so cute and peaceful. I wouldn’t mind waking to this everyday.” he thought. He gently kissed her head. Then she began to stir. She slowly woke up. She sat up and rubbed her eyes. Then she notice Beastboy sitting right next to her.
“Ahhhh! BEASTBOY?!?!” she screamed in shock. Her eyes showed shock then the turned to I’m going to kill you. Beastboy looked at her in shock too.
“Beastboy WHAT IN THE HELL …” She continued to yell. Beastboy suddenly fell off the bed. He now looked up at her nervously
‘Oh now you’ve done it she going to KILL you. Why did you fall asleep??? Wait it wasn’t my fault. She made me!’
“What are you doing in my room?” she said lowering her voice but still having sharp sting to it.
“IT wasn’t MY FAULT, YOU made me!!!!!” he said quickly. He just wanted to get out there painless as possible.
“How was it my fault?” she asked more calmly. She didn’t believe him. 'If he did ANYTHING to my body he’s dead!' she thought
“Well...lastnightyoucameintomyroomcrying.SoIaskedyouwhatwaswrongandyousaidthatyouhadabaddream.SoIhelpyougetsometeaandthentookyoutoyourroomthenaskedmetostaywithyouuntilyoufellasleep.SoIdidandfellasleep!” HE said very quickly, most of Raven couldn't understand one word.
“Huh?” she asked
“Do you remember your bad dream?” He asked she thought for a minute
“I remember the dream but I woke up and got a glass of water then when back to bed.” She replied.
“WHAT?” He asked.  ‘Maybe it was all dream and I just slept walked to her bedroom. No, I could smell her that wasn’t dream my animal instincts don’t lie.
“Well it wasn’t m…” she stopped half way. Then she look off into space “No…” she said quietly to herself, but Beastboy with his incredible hearing, heard her and asked
“No what?” She looked away at whatever she was staring at and was staring at him wide eyed. Then she practically jumped on top of him. She now was holding him by the collar. Beastboy didn’t know what she was doing and didn’t know if he should fear for his life or be over joyed. Her violet eyes met his.
“Beastboy how was I acting last night?” she asked coolly
“Uh…” he replied wondering what the crap she was talking about “You were terrified, panicky, scared” He twisted his head looking at her slight angle. “Why?” he asked curiously
“SO I wasn’t acting… she stopped searching for the right word “seductive?” Beastboy eyes grew big. He tried hard not to laugh at her comment.
“Are you kidding you were the total opposite! Unless you call, you wanting me to hold you as you cried seductive, then no.” he replied Raven sighed in relief
“Ok well I have a hard time controlling my emotion as you know…” she began. Beastboy nodded showing her he understood and wanted her to continue. “Well last night I think what happen is that one of my emotions, Fear got out and took control of my body. That’s why I was acting different.” She explained Beastboy knew she was right but he didn’t want her to be right.
“So that wasn’t really you last night?” he asked disappointment in his voice.
“No I was my body but it wasn’t me. Though I vaguely remember some of it.” She said noticing his disappointment Beastboy smiled a little bit. She gave him a small smile. “The part I remember the most is the dream I had after all of it though. It was the best dream I’ve had in a long time.” She said She wrapped him into hug “Thank you.” She said gratefully Beastboy smiled and hugged her back
“Your very welcome then.” He replied. He stood up and helped her up.
“Uh Beastboy I would really appreciate it if you didn’t tell the others about this, They will probably think we did a little more than just you know ‘sleep’” His cheeks became red.
“Yeah you don’t need to worry.” He said chuckling
“Thanks again.” She said softly but sounding more like Raven
“Yeah like I said last night, anytime.” He replied Then he walked out her room smiling at himself. ‘Well that was interesting.’ he thought. He walked down the hall towards his room. He smiled realizing that his clothes now smelt like Raven. ‘These clothes are NEVER going to get washed’ he thought hugging himself or rather the clothes.
